Mock test देने के बाद score देखकर अगला test शुरू कर देना आसान है। लेकिन अगर वही गलती हर test में लौट रही है, तो उसे पहचानने और सुधारने के लिए एक छोटा system चाहिए।
Error notebook में हर question की पूरी solution copy नहीं करनी है। उसमें वह कारण लिखना है जिसकी वजह से आपका answer गलत हुआ या आपने question छोड़ दिया।
गलतियों को चार हिस्सों में बांटें

यह classification पढ़ाई के लिए एक practical तरीका है; इसे official NTA format न समझें।
Notebook में क्या लिखें?
हर entry को छोटा रखें:
Subject: Physics
Topic: Units and Measurements
Mistake: Conversion करते समय power गलत लगाई।
Correction: Calculation शुरू करने से पहले quantities को consistent units में बदलूंगा।
Retest: इसी concept के कुछ नए questions solve करूंगा।
Question दोबारा देखने के लिए test name और question number भी लिख सकते हैं।

सही हुए guessed questions भी check करें
जो question अनुमान से सही हुआ, उसे mastered topic न मानें। खुद से पूछें: “क्या मैं बाकी options गलत होने का कारण बता सकता हूं?”
अगर नहीं, तो उसे review list में रखें। ऐसे questions भविष्य में गलत भी हो सकते हैं।
Notebook कब revise करें?
अगले test से पहले पुराने error log को देखें। सारी solutions पढ़ने के बजाय recurring problems पहचानें—जैसे questions जल्दी पढ़ना, examples भूलना या calculation में units छोड़ देना।
फिर अगली practice में उसी problem पर ध्यान दें। सुधार को केवल total score से नहीं, बार-बार होने वाली गलती की संख्या से भी देखें।
